Hmm. Beautiful eyes, arched brows, full lips, a slender nose and a jawline that's not squared. I can think of a few different people who would fit that...

Angelina Jolie (Original Sin)

Milla Jovovich (Return to the Blue Lagoon)

Fairuza Balk (The Island of Dr. Moreau)

Actually, it's pretty interesting. Studies on beauty have shown that typical standards of feminine beauty often wind up measuring a woman's beauty against how well her facial structure conforms to the golden mean ratio. And interestingly enough, if you type in 'golden mean woman beauty' and do a search for it, you will come up with diagrams showing a face eerily similar in structure to Angelina Jolie's.

Yes but there's a difference between perfect feminine beauty and a perfect feminine ideal. An ideal doesn't necessarily have to be beautiful but it has to encompass in every sense all the feminine attributes. it's hard to find a woman who has at the same time a rounded delicate jawline, a small thin concave nose, full lips which are not TOO big, harmonious cheekbones, big expressive eyes and thin well shaped eye brows, all in the same package. There's always something that's missing.

Beautiful is just another totally different thing, there's women with odd features who are bedazzling, it's just another concept. But don't worry it's hard for me to even make these things clear, it's very hard to detach from the subjective and try to visualize such ideal, maybe it doesn't even exist.
