Where did the whole 11:11 part come about?
Quoting: MyAffliction That's the time of the Winter Solstice. All time is measured off of GMT or UTC time. that's the line that divides the world into a different day. So then your country would be + or - 1, 2, 4 ect....from that imaginary line called UTC or GMT.
