That is a simulation to show where it is day time and night time. In East coast Australia , it is night time.

However it has been cloudy throughout the day . Barely sun was visible.

I can confirm it is dark here and has been for the last 5 hours or so.

Maybe there is some truth to do this 3 days of darkness.

Sun had gone.
There are unknown wide gray objects covering across the sky.
No star lights observed.

Power just went,dunno if I haven't paid in 5 months has anything to do with it lol

I panicked this morning at 11 am Dutch time when I was driving in my car. Utter darkness. Absolutely no sight at all. I was only able to drive by navigation.

Than when I crashed into something, which later appeared to be my 87 yr old one legged neighbour Janny, I realized I forgot to take the cover off the car.

And there was light. Too late for Janny unfortunately, so I guess for her there was some truth in December 21 anyway.
