I has the same thing happen to me a month ago. I woke up hard from sleeping, went to the bathroom and passed out twice standing up. I broke the sink, and when I came to I felt like I had been put back into my body. I heard the fan gradually get louder, my parents didn't hear anything. Then I got this really weird hot flash, so I took off my clothes and layer in front of a box fan. Then I got really cold.
Anyone else feel this? I've heard rumors of a "DNA upgrade", and always take things as a lie.
