On the Time wave zero chart It had an option of running it at zero date 21 or 23. When I selected the zero date 23rd, all the peeks and valleys corresponded to real actual events. They have since removed that option and replaced it with July 8th 2016.

I always understood the date to be the 23rd
It was changed to the 21st a few years ago.
So i will hold off buying Xmas gifts untill
the 24th.

PS. why I remeber these dates so well is
because my Dad's Bday is 23rd and mine is
the 21st...so I would always joke about him
not having a Bday...
