1. 80% of the "Congregation" is ONE family, the Phelps
2. This family owns a Law Firm.
3. The law firms main business is filing "Civil Rights Suits" on behalf of the church
4. Because of the incredibly obnoxious behavior the Phelps family engages in , many cities try to block their protests.
5. This gives the law firm plenty of work to do.
6. A clause in the "Civil Rights Act" lets the Phelp's law firm ask the court to PAY THEM to defend the church in court.
