The Mayan Calendar doesn't sync to our modern dates and times. It syncs to the movement of the stars. The end date is the beginning of the summer solstice at 11:11 UTC, which is just about 2 and a half hours away.
Not that I believe this crap, but still there's like 2-3 pins all about how the time is 11:11 UTC and NOT "Midnight wherever you are."
