The key is we've all got to be thinking, analyzing dispassionately, considering all the evidence and all the angles. Only reasonable explanation is it was an accidental hot mic because he would only be saying this on his encrypted radio.

It is all pretty strange. It is difficult to believe that Adam Lanza pulled all of this off by himself. As others have said... how did he put on a mask, wear body armor, carry all of those guns and ammo, shoot out the windows, and attack the school all by himself like that.

Since the source is radioreference.com, you are accusing them of adding it to the tape. I'm confident they wouldn't do that.

I knew someone with a similar surname. It was a corrupted version of their original Eastern European family name. Happened a lot.

That is a very good guess. The first part does sound like "aim the ..." the last part "at him" or "at it" I hear a "t" sound at the end, but it could very well be an artifact. I think this is the best guess so far in my opinion, and the fact that he's speaking in a whisper makes one think that he's trying not to be overheard by the shooter.
