hey guys. i have amplified that part of the audio by 10 times and made it 'stereo' so its easier to here.
sounds more like "aim the rifle at him" or something to me

The first part does sound like "aim the ..." the last part "at him" or "at it" I hear a "t" sound at the end, but it could very well be an artifact. I think this is the best guess so far in my opinion, and the fact that he's speaking in a whisper makes one think that he's trying not to be overheard by the shooter. my thoughts exactly. its like he's purposely whispering it to someone close to him. first word is deffinitely not 'end' though. much more like 'aim'...
