I'm not a liberal but Eisenhower pulled out of Korea and that's why we have a communist North Korea. Nixon pulled out of Vietnam and that's why the whole fucking place is communist. Personally, if the U.S. wants to start a war, then kill every motherfucker in the whole country being invaded or don't bother, otherwise the survivors all become insurgents and it never ends. Also, you want a war, start drafting enough people to get it over with quickly or don't bother. I don't see Democrats or Republicans willing to do either of those things.
