I'll start. There is something delicious about the combination of beans and rice. they taste better together than they do on their own. The beans transfer a rich, savory component to rice, but it is not salty. The rice adds a texture when chewing that is so much better than just chomping beans. |

Grass, reed and some fern tubers, raw.
Wild food tubers known to be edible to me.
Any edible fruit found. Sun dried left overs.
Many edible green herb leaves, and stems, raw.
Developed but not hard grass seeds, minus the sheath.
Nectar from flowers.
Flowers.
Nuts.
Seeds.
Early morning small seeds from herbs, soaked with dew as porridge.
Water from creeks, and non dusty clean area dew.
Certain pollens, moistened.
Early morning and late afternoon sunlight.
Limit caloric expenditure. |
