They weren't wrong. We are still 2 years early. We were deceived into believing the turn of the galactic clock occurs today, but it is not the case... 2 more years...

Quetzalcoatl was a god from Central Mexico. He is not a Mayan god. When the Toltecs invaded and established the triple alliance, they brought Quetzalcoatl with them and his name in Mayan speaking territory in the Yucatan became Kukulkan. It was an imposed religion by a conquering nation. The peoples of Central Mexico believed Quetzalcoatl would return in a year called Ce Acatl, which coincidentally was the year that was in effect when Cortes landed. This is why they thought he was a god and didn't kill him before he could destroy everything. The Mayans only paid lip service to a foreign religion. They made no predictions about Quetzalcoatl, and their end date had nothing to do with it. This date was established long before the religion of Quetzalcoatl was invented.

I don't believe that the Mayan predictions failed. No one ever said that there would be a everything happen all in one day on the 21st of Dec 2012.

I think whatever is to unfold will happen over the course of the next year or few years.

I believe what they said was that it would change life as we know it....well.....I say just wait.

The mayans didnt predict anything,they never said they did,all they did was make a fucking calender,its morans today that made a prediction.

They were not wrong. They made no prediction other than that a cycle of counting would end and a new cycle would begin. All the doomsday, end of the world stuff was predicted by non-Mayans who do not understand cycles.

At 22:18 the plateau (centre of our earth if you lay it out) was in direct alignment with the centre of our galaxy.

The Mayans weren't wrong nor were they predicting the end of the world. Who was wrong were the book authors, tv show script writers and all the other riff raff that were going ahead and basically stringing together ideas with dubious validity in order to make a profit off of fear mongering.

The "experts" that actually proposed the idea that this date would be the end of the world are not experts at all. Graham Hancock wrote "Fingerprints of the Gods" in 1995 that proposed that all sorts of things could happen on this date. Graham Hancock is not an anthropologist, a geologist, astronomist, quantum physicist, nor anything else that could even be loosely tied to what he was writing about. His degree was in Sociology--the study of human social behavior. His prior employment before writing FotG--he was a journalist for the Guardian. This doesn't make him an expert at any specialized field that would be a discerning voice on the Mayans, astronomy or geology. What it makes him is an expert in the art of social human behavior and he received honors for that one. When you look out "there" today, you can see that at least one of your experts expertly manipulated the crap out of a whole lot of people. To be fair, I know for a fact that he had good intentions from his own mouth. Even an expert at sociology can make a mistake for they are human.

the mayan date marks the begining of the end of this age of mankind. after the given date, there will be a period of "zero" which begins with the 23rd and lasts for a couple of months. next year is the begining of the fall that will last for at least a decade if not more..after the period of "purification" comes the begining of the so called golden age when mankind returns to a simpler state lving of the land and begins the new book of the human story.

Everything the Mayans predicted did happen including the enlightenment. They left a gift of one day that the whole world focused on for months. Not just a country or a culture but the whole world saw the Mayans as nothing different than themselves. They were brilliant people who reached into our solar system and beyond with nothing more than their eyes and souls. It took us until recent times to see with our billion dollar space probes what they did with nothing but observation. Anybody who can't see this should turn their TV on and go back to sleep

The Mayans didn't fail. 12/21/12 was simply the beginning of new era like 01/01/2000 was for us.

According to Mayan Elders, it happens on the 22nd, around noon.

There will be 8 minutes of total mind awakening, total open mind with no deceptions.

They said to write down your thoughts, and sort through them aftarward to determine which you can take action on.
