This is because it rained over an inch and 50 mph winds today on the east coast.
Tommorow it will be back to normal after the crest.

The winds gusts on the coast today were only 10-5 mph less than Sandy. Coast lines saw 70 mph gusts this morning. This in itself is not unusual...but ALL of the coasts at the same time???
