The final man of evil will be someone who comes back from the dead. Because of this miracle.......many will follow after him.
However, satan and his angels more than likely have been kicked out of heaven. Angels are able to inhabit human bodies.
So even now......satan might be temporarily inside of a human being.....including a head of state. He will leave that person when he is done with him.
