It's been rough...like yourself, I couldn't dispel enough of it to cope well, it was completely overwhelming. I pick up earth energies I'm so sensitive, so something like this is like getting hit by a speeding locomotive. Lol The energy has been very dark, low and downright depressing.

But overall, having dealt with this since a child, I am doing okay. Just lots and lots of incoming energies right now, whew! Sending you great vibes for the rest of the day!
