Mandatory sale to the state could be an option. Permitting could be an option — keep your gun but permit it.” [link to offgridsurvival.com] Go ahead and disarm the blue states and let the libs get what they deserve; death and destruction at the hands of insane negroes. The scariest thing about black thugs, is the skillful move they have mastered when shooting a handgun. I've seen video proof of this thing they do when they shoot someone. They draw their weapon and hold it 'sideways' and just as they pull the trigger, they TWIST the gun real fast and, according to this one homie, it makes the bullet turn a certain way, thus inflicting a much more wound channel as it passes through the white store owner. Honest, look it up on youtube. |

Cuomo Says New York may Soon Start Confiscating Guns or Impose a Mandatory Buy Back Program As I have stated many times before; the United States Supreme Court in D.C. v. Heller (2008) ruled that an "individual" has a constitutional (federal) right to keep and possess a firearms; no governor nor any other "state" official has any right to impinge upon that right.... Quoting: Elsabiades... 13002420 Since when has that stopped any of them? |

Quoting: Elsabiades... 13002420 Amen. And strangely enough, even if the United States Supreme Court ruled unanimously that the 2nd Amendment was no longer valid (something they'd never do), that wouldn't invalidate it. The Constitution reigns as the supreme law of the land, and despite all of our government's repeated violations of it this remains true. This means the government's violations remain *illegal*, and the 2nd Amendment is still the LAW. There will be reckoning. "Confiscation could be an option." No, it isn't. "Mandatory sale to the state could be an option." No, it isn't. "Permitting could be an option — keep your gun but permit it." Maybe, but let's see the city try to afford the resulting lawsuits. |
