Maybe the info being relayed here is simply "Sandy Hook Point"? Which is located in New Jersey. Attempts to locate any events that could be targeted on Christmas even have yielded less that great results.

If someone is warning about something, then it is likely not a natural event, such as an earthquake that the person is talking about, because they would have no ability to trigger it.

To me, it's clear that the message is a warning that something is going down on Christmas Eve.

It is likely some kind of fire or explosion

It may happen in a place called Sandy Point -- whether that's a location of oil rigs, a park, a street, etc.

I also think it may be related to pedophilia because of the Sandusky name being used.
