Local police may not have the resources needed at times for a thorough investigation. Furthermore, if there has been a rash of stolen guns from the same store, maybe it's time for the feds to step in and insist that the shop in question enhance their security measures. Just remember that not everything is a conspiracy. |

What if she didn't own it and it was found at the scene. The 'authorities' would cover it by saying she did legally own one. Then they raid the gun shop to plant the record and report that an assault rifle was stolen to even out the inventory?
