I would guess (and it is just a guess) that the spin could be slowing.

Bouy 12 near Half Moon Bay reporting 20 foot waves at 19 seconds! Thread: The Sun Was Supposed To Set At 4:41 Central Time In Missouri, 12/18 , Still Hasn't Set At 5:01 Thread: Sun Did NOT Rise On TIME This AM The above threads/Observations causes me to wonder WHAT is Going on? It is no longer a question of IF something is happening. Perhaps the Mayans had it right but we just do not fully understand (or wrongly dedueced) what it is they knew...along with many other prophecies regarding the end of this year.
