Ok, when fuel gauge shows your diesel in your twin tanks start to go down to fast while driving or parked, during cold snowy weather what do you do? Or what is wrong?

When the truck is running the fuel is heated. The heat causes moisture to vent out the vent tubes. They freeze shut. All the fuel pumps over to one tank. If you have more fuel than the one tank can hold it goes on the ground. Loosen tank fuel caps to stop this from happening in the cold (10 degrees or lower) to stop this from happening. lol Even most truckers don't know this unless they been up north. But good try.
