A State Governor cannot PASS State Legislation, he can only purpose it, or sign it, or veto it, he cannot PASS it. Unless that Governor become a tyrant to be opposed by the same 2nd Amendment's protection of the Right of the People to keep and bare Arms.

A State Governor is bound by his own State's Constitution, AND the Federal Constitution. Otherwise there is no Federation.

You can research it yourself ,the second amendment actually original says:

A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear armor shall not be infringed:in times of war

They won't approach you at home. They'll get you when you away from home, probably during a traffic stop, when your in a vulnerable position.

They will take you to jail and search your home. If you don't go willingly they can always use your family to make you cooperate.

They know better then approaching people at home. If they pick you up away from your house or even better get your kids out of school or your wife at work, you'll be more cooperative.
