Point is, everyone grows up differently.
So what, people grow up differently learn different things.
You can't judge an office worker because he has no skills in doing some other "manly" kind of stuff whatever you want to say it is.

The underprivileged especially is likely to end up in a manual labor job (often with potential for better, but only for those with a good attitude). If I were an office manager I'd be interested in other skills and the exact same work ethic.
