Yes, I work for JPMorgan Chase, but I am nowhere near the level of employment with then that merits a bonus of epic proportions. Quite frankly, I hope to be one of the fortunate ones to be rewarded for my nights and weekends of working for them. Hopefully my wife and children will benefit this one time of year for all of the other times I've worked extra hard to gwt where I an right now. I've never once heard him speak of it, but I have advocated for other employees. He recognizes successful initiatives, longevity, growth and teamwork. It's actually pretty cool. We're a small company, (<50 Full Time Employees) but I got a Check(one weeks pay), $500 in cash, a Ham and a nice bottle of Bourbon. |

I wonder though if this will be the last year though. It's getting tougher and tougher for us to remain competitive with some of the big boys who get all the exemptions "Sometimes you eat the bar, and sometimes the bar, well he eats you." |

We are the workers of the world and we make the possibility of fortune happen. I just think we should be rewarded with our hard work. I know some close folks who do much more than I do when it comes to making money. I just like to see people rewarded for the hard work they put in. I know social workers who live a nightmare everyday and make less than a drug dealer. |
