I looked at the moon..LA CA...I cannot see it but it is pretty bright here with street lights and I don't have any lenses

my camers keeps giving me major lens flare...
but the look real cool blue streaks across the moon

I guess when it removes its mask then every one will see it I would say 3 days tops

A few of my fb friends have coincidentally noticed a huge ring around the moon. No bs

Hmm. Its cloudy here but the moon is piercing through it.

I don't know if i'm just seeing shit but it does have a slight blueish hue.

i just went out; the is a definetely a ring around the moon; it is blue and then turns to red but since i never look at the moon with binochulars im not sure if that is normal or not. it sure doesnt seem like anything is behind the moon; but i could be wrong; just seems like that is the moons light.

I went outside, the moon seems to be really far away for some reason, and i don't have the binoculars to see it. It was very bright outside from moonlight though, i'm not sure..

cant see shit from LA thats for sure......

Took a pic of it comin through the clouds. Kinda bluish.

nice picture that is exactly what I see...but way clearer up here in the mountains...
look on the right side of the moon a little below the top the blue extends out and comes back in at the bottom of the moon

your picture shows it but not as clear as I see it up here..
its a bright blue sphere behind the moon at least thats what it looks like....

where are you located?

I think it is a lens flare. The blue dot moves too many different places. If the position were consistent from photo to photo in relation to the moon then you might have something.

its not lens flare when you can see it with the naked eye!

I didn't post my pictures because all I got was major lens flare...

believe it or not it is there!

what exactly do you think it is if it isn't lens flare?

maybe its a from the 2 pieces of space junk they crashed into the moon the other day....
