"Friend" Says some old friends getting called back(deployed) not allowed to say where they're going...

i have read that some soldiers that returned from deployment had to take a new oath..an oath that they will, if ordered, fire upon american citizens

one of my buds is in the airforce. well he has changed alot. he even told me that in bootcamp the word around there is after a few weeks there while you are asleep they put a chip in you. he was in panama city for a while then out of the blue he and his family were sent to japan. h its been awhile since ive heard from him. he would always keep in touch and i havent heard anything from him or his family.
