This is a part that some don't understand. Even the 2nd Amendment could be repealed if the States or The People ratified such an amendment. IN fact then whole of all the Amendments of the U.S. Constitution could be repealed by the process of the making and ratifying of the U.S. Constitution. The alternative is to call a Constitutional Convention to write an entirely new Constitution and submit it to either the States or the People for ratification. Get your copy of the U.S. Constitution and its Amendment out, and read and study it over again to refresh. |
