Can anyone enlighten me on a political issue, I'm not an American so I dunno how US law works !?
Does Obama have the power to issue an executive order like the NDAA which would annul the 2nd Amendment ? Or does he need congress approval ?

Changing the constitution not onlt takes two thirds of both houses of congress but 3/5ths of the states to ratify as well. If that is the case, why are you guys worried ?
