Hollow Points fragment inside the body they are designed to do as much damage to one target as possible. FMJs ricochet, depending on the caliber they can go through a cinder-block wall. |

The mystery of the “possible suspect vehicle” registered to Christopher A. Rodia just got a lot more mysterious. First, go here to the police scanner audio recording and listen at ~30:20 when the officer is listing the license plate of the vehicle. The audio is clearly “872 YEO”, and about 20 seconds later it’s said to be registered to Christopher A. Rodia. That license plate # is exactly the same plate as the shooter’s vehicle according to the image here. Click on the “Related Images” picture of the shooter’s car. There’s an option to zoom in.
