He kept guns in the house always. He trained my brothers and myself on saftey and responsibility with firearms . we never thought of harming anyone with a firearm. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 17011760 Well, not my father. Until, he had a neighbor of ours threaten him over a silly dispute. My dad borrowed a gun from my grandfather. Obusively, the guy didn't know who he was fucking with! |

How many people are on meds for various mental health issues....thousands, hundred thousands? We live in such an over prescribed society, drugs for anxiety, stress, depression, etc. These drugs have serious side effects and unknown long term effects. Not worth the risk of keeping high powered firearms in one's home. There's been too many mass shootings involving mentally unstable individuals. The most recent on in Conn. is just too much, enough already!! |

One got retired out of the trenches by shrapnel and the other by chlorine gas. They made it home and had 24 children between them, as best as I can count. My uncle B was a Brit Paratrooper around D-Day and got a French Medal of honor (Croix de something or whatever ) for whacking 13 Nazi's in a farmhouse who were holding a French family hostage, I do not know how he did that, he never said, but he was a bad ass, you would not even think about messing with that man, and he had a NICE NORTON 850. My Dad was In Palestine, shot twice by, he did not know who, Jews and Paleinsteinians? What thanks do you get for that, whiteboy ? Jack shit? Pissed on? |
