Re: If you held "The Caduceus" What would you do?
Some commentators have linked the symbol to the Nehushtan, a sacred object consisting of a serpent wrapped around a pole mentioned in the Bible in the Book of Numbers (Numbers 21:6-9).[15][16][17][18] The section in the Book of Numbers reads as follows:

Then the LORD sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people, so that many people of Israel died. And the people came to Moses and said, "We have sinned, for we have spoken against the LORD and against you. Pray to the LORD, that he take away the serpents from us." So Moses prayed for the people. And the LORD said to Moses, "Make a fiery serpent and set it on a pole, and everyone who is bitten, when he sees it, shall live." Moses made a bronze serpent and set it on a pole. And if a serpent bit anyone, he would look at the bronze serpent and live.[19]

This is one angry God, he will kill you.

"Thy silver is turned into dress: thy wine is mingled with water"

 Quoting: Uncle Mikey

Interesting to note perhaps...While attending the Christmas party earlier, my 7 y/o niece and 11 y/o nephew were given watered down wine with dinner with the adults.

Being Italian, it is somewhat customary.

What are your thought on that regarding this verse Mikey?

hmm

WHAT IS Water?

What IS Wine?

What was Jesus's FIRST miracle?

Why?
 Quoting: Seer777

the water is turned into wine.

Jesus has asked the question, "Are ye able to drink of the cup that I shall drink of, and to be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with" -- Matthew 20:22

Dreaming of me wearing a robe, and in the pocket of the robe I pulled out a cup
like the Last supper cup, and it was empty, and I said.."I fill this cup whenever I am thirsty,
and drink, see the design on it? I designed it myself.

Indeed...

The Epistle of James (James 3:13-18; cf. James 1:5) distinguishes between two kinds of wisdom. One is a false wisdom, which is characterized as "earthly, sensual, devilish" and is associated with strife and contention. The other is the 'wisdom that comes from above':

But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, [and] easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.

I just returned from seeing my nephew baptized in a Catholic Church.

It was the first time I had been inside of a church in...? 10 years I think.

I couldn't get over how ritualized the 'Mass' was and the baptism as well.

I saw many aspect of what some would call 'ritualized magic' being performed for the congregation without them being the wiser. I found this a bit odd being that 'Magic' in all its aspects is generally frowned upon and considered a DO NOT DO, for many Christians. Perhaps the Catholics are different in that way. I don't know.

Also found some interesting symbolism.

There was a little golden arched door in the wall below the stained-glass window. On it was the Holy Grail or 'vessel' and sitting within the grail was the Sun.

Inside the door was the vessels for the Eucharist.

I find it interesting how this symbolism are under everyone's nose, and no one seems to notice.

There was also a painting of a Saint. He was dressed in a robe separated in black and white.

Black of the left.
White on the right.

That's interesting Seer. I haven't been to a church in years myself as well. Its amazing how some can not see what is going on right in front of their eyes. Seeing as you know so much about these subjects you must have been thinking what the hell the whole time lol

 Quoting: ~Angels~

The whole thing was quite intriguing to me. Both of the priests were very over weight(no offense to heavy people) but I couldn't help but ponder on the Sin of Gluttony.

One of the 7 Deadly.

Both seemed kind and had good energy but I could tell they knew I was analyzing them. I couldn't help it. Was quite fascinating.

The ritual over the Eucharist took almost 10 minutes of song and prayer then a loose explanation how they are not 'magicians' and it is the BELIEF the Christ does it for them.

On another note, the bowing to the books and the crucified Jesus seemed strange to me being that,

"Thou shalt have none other gods before ME"

rang in my ears. I understand the symbolism in it but bowing to the 'image' seemed a bit much.

Jesus taught us to love our neighbor. How to live. How to BE.

I don't think he would want worship the way his image is now used.

Jesus spoke often his love and devotion to the 'Father'.

It is HE it seems who desires the worship.

Hmm...? Could it be?

Alcohol hits the following receptors: NMDA-glutamate, GABA-A, 5-HT3 and muscarinic acetylcholine. It reduces the activity of all except GABA-A.

Perhaps Uncle Mikey's intellect derives from a complicated set of tightly interlocking worldview facts, mediated by the NMDA-glutamate receptors in the hippocampus and arachnoid network. As opposed to building ideas and decisions from raw intuition, using the monoaminergic pathways of the prefrontal cortex, especially the serotonin receptors, of which 5-HT3 is the auto-inhibitory receptor.

Perhaps his glutamatergic pathways are brightly lit representing the wide span of his worldview of raw data and scientific information. Perhaps he relies more on high-powered NMDA receptors than quick, intuitive AMPA glutamate pathways.

Perhaps his psyche is highly adept at quick, decisive judgements of truth or falsehood, based on learned and re-learned worldview, mediated by the 5-HT3 receptors in the hippocampus. Perhaps his mind does not allow itself to wander so freely as a hippocampus unburdened of all those pesky 5-HT3; thoughts make a beeline rather than looping about like a bird of paradise.

Or perhaps it relates to a greater expression of muscarinic acetylcholine receptors in Uncle Mikey, mediating judgements of truth or falsehood, this time contextually-based. Perhaps instead of allowing his thoughts to dance on the wind, his soul feels a duty towards being a rock-solid statuesque beacon of science.

...

Sorry guys, couldn't resist... was on a geeky train of thought lol. Let me have it if I have mis-represented anyone here... lol...

Re: If you held "The Caduceus" What would you do?
She may be offering a sort of 'immortality' by offering it (transformation GMO Hybrid) to others. Of course, my research has shown that altering ones DNA that much is an automatic permanent death sentenece (i.e. one ends up in 'hell').

I don't think you know how DNA works.

DNA does not change, your cells divide and DNA is replicated during mitosis, one cell at a time. You cannot change your fucking DNA by thinking silly thoughts.

What you are experiencing is psychosis, or the delusional belief your body is changing, which is probably caused by some kind of pre-diabetes or something.

There is only hunger. There is nothing else.
