I don't think you know how DNA works.

DNA does not change, your cells divide and DNA is replicated during mitosis, one cell at a time. You cannot change your fucking DNA by thinking silly thoughts.

What you are experiencing is psychosis, or the delusional belief your body is changing, which is probably caused by some kind of pre-diabetes or something.
