Sad and pathetic: the gay lifestyle

Homosexuality is unhealthy. Witness the high rates of STDs. It's also against God's design for humanity. Do you even care about the fact that homosexual behavior is unhealthy? Or do you deny that too? A lot of people have AIDS because of being misled by gay propaganda.

The young ones may not remember, but homosexuality didn't exist until the late 80's. That is because it is wrong. In the last twenty years we have come to accept violence, poor language, sex, and all manners of filth as normal. Homosexuality came with it. There was this huge "coming out of the closet" movement, remember that? Why were they in the closet? Shame.

I warned against the sexism, the racism, and the homophobia on this board only days ago, and I was subsequently banned.. but only for a day or so. I'm back to argue the simple fact that these posters, who intentionally are trying to offend other members need to be perma blocked, and get a reality check.
It's nearly 2013, and if we wish to progress as a civilization we need to end our violent, hate filled traditional mindset, and be cautious what opinions we let be prominently posted where they could be used as fuel to the fire that these people wish to perpetuate.
While everyone may be entitled to an opinion, whether it be disgusting, or hateful, or offensive to others, not everyone with a hateful opinion should be allowed to spread it here, and engage those it offends with such ease. The moderators at this board have a real obligation to change the way people interact, if just on a fundamental level. This is no way way means that every biased post should be blocked, or silenced, but, the blatant offensive material being allowed here, suggests that this kind of thing is more accepted than it should be.

I realize that some of you spreading hateful rhetoric aren't merely coming from a singular, self professed mindset, but from tradition based perspectives of fear. Fear of the unknown, fear of opinions that contradict their source of 'right', and 'wrong' in this world. If we were to love according to the new testament, or the old, we'd be led to some of the most atrocious, violent, and peculiar acts of senselessness. Not all 'lessons' one learns from reading their holy book should be taken literally, and for the most part, we should thankful they are for the most part rejected. So why, I ask, reject cruder teachings, and live according yo only CERTAIN passages? How can one interpret a lifestyle based on the bible while only accepting the aspects that he or she feels is the correct way? I say if you'd like to according to these teachings, make a conceited effort to go all the way, or none of the way, but to go half way is all I see happening.

Not a single person who posts here in regards to the "homosexual lifestyle", has ever been exposed to it in any regard. So it's a perplexing concept to spread hate for a people you've yet to have any interaction with. This is akin to fearing, and spewing hate for the peoples of Mexico without having met an individual from Mexico, or having set foot there once. It's a true fear of the unknown. These fears aren't the rationale of someone who is educated in a cultural or worldly manner, or is it the feeling of someone who is enlightened in any form. The closet is a real place, and the inhabitants thereof, are overcrowded, and seeking a voice that allows them to be overlooked. Step one however, is to simply admit that you are normal for your thoughts, and no one who has separated themselves from fear, and tradition has ever been prosecuted because of their new feelings or beliefs.

I do believe the owner(s) of this forum have an obligation to keep offensive rhetoric at least to a minimum. They may have a right to their opinion, but it shouldn't be at the expense of any other member of the forum itself. I wish the original poster well, and hope he can come to terms with a world that is slowly disregarding his hateful nature. Nobody should ever be tossed aside because they are behind mentally, or ignorant of the changing perspective of the nation as a whole. Some people though, you can't help.. some people just want to remain offensive. I wish you well though, and truly hope you meet someone who is gay that will change you from within. ;)

A gay man won't have a wife and children. He'll live a much shorter lifespan on average due to disease and the overall dysfunction inherent in the homosexual life. All homosexuals can look forward to is degrading themselves and others through sodomy. I don't know how any thinking, observant person can think this is an acceptable way for a person to live. I hope the climate of society changes and people realize how dysfunctional homosexuality is and offer homosexuals conversion therapy to cure them.
