This post is to supplement a previous post and to show an investigation of the events in the Newtown/Sandy Hook/Stamford/Norwalk police departments in the months preceding the Sandy Hook Elementary School (SHES) massacre. The purpose is to reveal any BATF/FBI/DOJ subversions of the local police departments prior to the massacre. This would be the (b) of a previously indicated investigation.

"Washington, DC --(Ammoland.com)- David B. Fein, United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut, Guy N. Thomas, Special Agent in Charge of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, Boston Field Division, and Robert Nivakoff, Chief of the Stamford Police, today announced that 16 individuals have been charged with various federal offenses related to the alleged trafficking of firearms, including machine guns, and narcotics in southwestern Connecticut."

"“We believe that ATF’s collaborative work with Stamford Police Department and our other law enforcement partners in this complex investigation, culminating in today’s safely executed operations, will have a significant impact on reducing violence and improving the quality of life for residents of Stamford and surrounding communities, stated ATF Special Agent in Charge Thomas.”

“I want to thank the ATF, DEA, U.S. Marshals Service, Bridgeport Police, Norwalk Police and the Connecticut Department of Correction for their work during this investigation, which has taken many dangerous heavy weapons out of the wrong hands,” stated Stamford Police Chief Nivakoff. “We’re proud to have been involved in this operation, which now includes the largest seizure of firearms in the history of the Stamford Police Department.”

The indictment and today’s arrests represent the culmination of a long-term joint investigation conducted by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, the Drug Enforcement Administration, the United States Marshals Service, the Stamford Police Department, the Bridgeport Police Department, the Norwalk Police Department and the Connecticut Department of Correction. The investigation was funded in significant part by the United States Attorney’s Office Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force and supported by the Office’s Project Safe Neighborhoods and Anti-Gang programs.

The indictment alleges that, on multiple occasions beginning in approximately July 2010, PATRICK UZAR of Stamford acquired firearms from relatives, as well as fellow members and associates of the Stamford Chapter of the Latin Kings, sold the firearms to a third party and distributed some of the sale proceeds to members of the conspiracy. The indictment further alleges that UZAR and others also were involved in the distribution of cocaine and Ecstasy.

During the investigation, law enforcement acquired several firearms, including machine guns, through controlled purchases. Today, in association with the arrest of the defendants, law enforcement officers executed multiple federal search warrants and seized dozens of firearms, ammunition, firearm parts and related material."

WOW... now who is Patrick Uzar? Son of George Uzar, Sr. and brother of George Uzar, Jr.

And who are the Uzar people? They're blood-relatives related to the Rodia people, i.e., Chris Rodia and the Rodias are related to the Scires and to the Coppollas and -- get this -- to the Peter and Nancy and Ryan and Adam LANZAs.

So, here we have the BATF/FBI making a big deal about the arrest of Patrick Uzar and gun running... associates of the Latin Kings, etc... in short, the MAFIA.

So, we have a big bust of the "family" that is a "Latin Kings" affiliated MAFIA about a year-and-a-half before this massacre.

"Anthony Uzar, 28, of 134 Lafayette St., made his guilty plea on Wednesday before U.S. District Judge Ellen Bree Burns, according to a news release from David B. Fein, U.S. attorney for the District of Connecticut.

Barely a month after the raid that witnessed about two dozen heavily armed and flack-jacketed federal agents in front of his home at 6 a.m., Uzar's guilty plea was the first in a 20-count federal grand jury indictment involving gun and drug dealing in southwestern Connecticut.

According to court documents and statements made in court, on May 12 Uzar knowingly possessed a Remington 12-gauge shotgun after he had been convicted of a felony offense.

To be sentenced Sept. 2, Uzar faces a maximum term of 10 years in prison. He has been jailed since his arrest.

The arrest stemmed from a joint law enforcement investigation involving Stamford police, the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, the United States Marshals Service, Norwalk Police Department and the state Department of Correction.

Uzar's brother Patrick "Pistol" Uzar, 24, also of 134 Lafayette St., is accused of running a gun-trafficking operation and selling firearms, some of them 9 millimeter or AK-style automatic weapons, to a third party.

He allegedly acquired the firearms from relatives and fellow members of the Latin Kings branch based in Stamford, according to the indictment. The indictment also accused Uzar and others of being involved in the distribution of cocaine and Ecstasy.

Along with his brother, Uzar's uncle George Uzar, 47, and father Anthony Uzar, 49, were also swept up in the raid."

"The Indictment charges PATRICK UZAR and GEORGE UZAR, SR. with one count of conspiracy to sell machine guns and four counts of possession and transfer of machine guns. If convicted, each defendant faces a maximum term of imprisonment of five years and a fine of up to $250,000 on the conspiracy charge, and a maximum term of imprisonment of 10 years and a fine of up to $250,000 on each of the possession and transfers charges."

"PATRICK UZAR, CRESPO, REVELLO and FELICIANO are charged with conspiring to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of cocaine. If convicted of this charge, each defendant faces a mandatory minimum term of imprisonment of five years, a maximum term of imprisonment of 40 years and a fine of up to $2 million. The indictment also charges PATRICK UZAR with four counts and CRESPO with two counts of possession with intent to distribute cocaine. UZAR is charged in one of these counts with possession with intent to distribute cocaine and MDMA (“Ecstasy”). This charge carries a maximum term of imprisonment of 20 years and a fine of up to $1 million, on each count.

PATRICK UZAR, BROWN and NUNEZ are charged with conspiring to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute MDMA (“Ecstasy”). If convicted of this charge, each defendant faces a maximum term of imprisonment of 20 years and a fine of up to $1 million."

Uzar, Scire, Rodia, Lanza, Coppela = all of these people in the Newtown/Stamford/Norwalk/Sandy Hook area are BLOOD RELATIVES. They are a giant mob/Latin-King gang mafia.

They got taken down by the BATF/DEA/USMarshals and 3 local police departments.

Then the Lanza-arm of the mob/gang family sees the death of Nancy Lanza and Adam Lanza...

DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY

July 24, 2012, George Uzar was sentenced for gun trafficking:

[link to norwalk.patch.com]

And guess what? George Uzar Sr. IS NOW FREE AND WALKING THE STREETS OF STAMFORD.

Uzar, 49, of 24 Granite Drive, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Ellen Bree Burns in New Haven. His time in prison will be followed by three years of supervised released.

In November 2011, Fein announced that Uzar pleaded guilty before U.S. Magistrate Judge Joan G. Margolis in New Haven to one count of possession and transfer of a machine gun. At that time, Fein said the investigation revealed that Uzar was manufacturing automatic firearms, "a number of which he sold to another individual."

Uzar has been in federal custody since his arrest May 12, 2011.

As a result of the investigation, 17 individuals were charged with various federal offenses related to trafficking of firearms and narcotics. More than 100 firearms were purchased or seized during the investigation, the government said.

In his release, Fein said court documents and statements made in court showed that between October 2010 and April 2011, an individual working with law enforcement purchased 13 AK-47 and Sten-type machine guns from Uzar’s nephew, Patrick Uzar, and that none of the firearms bore serial numbers, a manufacturer’s name or an importer’s name.

And so, since July 2012, a convicted machine-gun-runner of the Latin Kings has been released by U.S. District Judge Ellen Bree Burns in New Haven. He's on 3 years of supervision... but free.

What do we know about Judge Ellen Bree Burns?

She's was 88 years old and still on the bench?

Now she's not on the bench:

Burns was nominated to the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut by President Jimmy Carter on February 15, 1978, to a seat vacated by Mosher Blumenfeld. Burns was confirmed by the Senate on May 17, 1978, and received commission the next day. From 1988 to 1992, Burns served as the chief judge of the court and assumed senior status on September 1, 1992. [1] Burns was succeeded in this position by Alvin Thompson.

Gang War in Connecticut?

"A security guard believed by federal prosecutors to head the Latin Kings Stamford chapter was detained without bond after a federal magistrate heard details of his alleged involvements in numerous assaults and a planned war with another gang.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Holly B. Fitzsimmons ordered Santos "Inca" Zambrano, 24, of Montauk Drive, Stamford, detained without bond. She made the decision after Richard Cramer, Zambrano's court-appointed lawyer, offered no property or money as part of a bond package.

Both Zambrano and George Uzar Sr., 47, of Granite Drive, Norwalk, pleaded not guilty to several federal firearms charges during proceedings before Fitzsimmons. The two were among 16 alleged Latin King members and associates arrested and indicted last week on federal firearms and drug charges."

[link to www.greenwichtime.com]

"Cramer told Fitzsimmons that Zambrano works as a security guard for the Maritime Aquarium in Norwalk, has no criminal convictions and denies being a Latin King.

However, Assistant U.S. Attorney Anthony Kaplan said Zambrano was picked up on numerous wiretaps discussing Latin King affairs with known members. The prosecutor also said investigators seized Latin King clothing, material and a book, "My Blood Life: the Making of a Latin King," written by Reymundo Sanchez from the defendant's home last week. Also seized was marijuana, a scale, plastic bags, money and a gun."

"David B. Fein, United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut, announced that ANTHONY UZAR, III, also known as “Ant” and “Hollywood,” 27, of Stamford, was sentenced today by Senior United States District Judge Ellen Bree Burns in New Haven to 37 months of imprisonment, followed by three years of supervised release, for being a felon in possession of a firearm.

This matter stems from a joint law enforcement investigation into the trafficking of firearms and narcotics in southwestern Connecticut. According to court documents and statements made in court, on May 12, 2011, a federal search warrant was executed at 106 Frederick Street in Stamford, where UZAR resided, and also where the Stamford Chapter of the Latin Kings held weekly meetings. Among the items seized from UZAR’s residence was a Remington 12-gauge shotgun, as well as shotgun shells and nine-millimeter ammunition.

Prior to that date, UZAR had been convicted of assault in the second degree, a felony. It is a violation of federal law for a person previously convicted of a felony offense to possess a firearm that has moved in interstate or foreign commerce."
