The black Honda?

Why is it shown on a rollback truck in the daytime and shown at night, on the ground (at the school supposedly), with the police removing the shotgun (with only one shell in it) from the trunk?

Also, the parking lot is dry in all the shots I've just looked at, but the picture with the car and rollback show that it's raining. I saw posted elsewhere that there was no precipitation there on the 14th.
