Ok in this article from NASA written in the year 2000 they state that solar maximums occur every 11 years and that we were currently in one then. That would put the next one at 2011 right?

Ok so then why are they saying this:

The sun has continued to get more active, with the next solar maximum predicted for 2013.

They are lying If you look at older charts of solar cycles they show maximum perfectly every 11 years.

What gives?
