3 Red Flags popped up in my head from new Jack Reacher movie...

Tommy Cruise is NOT Jack Reacher! I have read every single book in the series (and there are MANY) and Reacher is 6'5" tall and weighs 250#. Tommy-boy is 5'7" and 150#. No way this could work. Read the books yourself. You won't be sorry.

Agreed. I've read alot of the Reacher series too. But lets be honest, what actor could play Reacher? Brock Lesnar has the build But he's no actor. Gerald Butler but he's not tall enough. The Rock maybe. But Reacher isn't half black and half Polynesian. With Reachers size a 3 on 1 or 5 on 1 fight wouldn't seem so unfair. With someone of Cruises size who is outnumbered in fights, him winning would be less obvious and make him look more bad ass than a mountain of a man smashing fools. Don't forget Lee Child had final say on who would play Reacher. Cruise may be a weird dude, but he can act.

Interesting. In the book it's not a 6 year old who is shot. Sandy was in the book though. I knew the release date was pushed back but didn't put the 2 together.

Here is another red flag. There were reports on the cable propaganda-news channels which said the Jack Reacher movie was being postponed due what happen at Sandy Hook.

Minority Report, Vanilla Sky, War of the Worlds, as a few examples, have in them various themes that are possibilities, some of which have become a reality. I've read several of the Reacher books and enjoyed them, but no way will I watch the movie. Tom Cruise could never do justice to Jack Reacher.

Hey hey I thought the movie was great. I'm sure the books are even better, OMG!!!

After the movie premier, Tom Cruise went to a bath house in Hollywood where he gave John Travolta a "Jack Reacher".

I can't get past thinking "Tom Cruise is too d**n short!!!" to see anything else.

Would've been more convincing if they had cast Jordan Prentice, he is a better actor.

For you REACHER fans, Cruise does a hell of a job. Great movie IF you like the books.

I can usually watch Tom Cruise movies and look past is real life issues. I think he's a good actor and becomes his characters but the title just makes me think "Jack Reach around" and i cannot get that gay shit out of my head.

I think he would have been great in Salt. I enjoyed Angelina Jolie but I think Cruise would have made it a blockbuster.

The writers and producers know what is about to happen, and in their own way are trying to expose those pulling these events off without putting it in broad daylight.
