When was the last time a federal budget was passed and they actually worked within their own constraints of that budget?
They pass more laws and regulations that do nothing more than try to bring in more revenue for the programs that are insolvent. Taxes are a problem, spending is a problem, the revenue is a problem. The more that is given or taken the more that is borrowed and spent.
