Stiff Neck...Aching Joints...Stuffy Sinuses...Extreme Tiredness...WTF!?!?

Southeastern NE and was just complaining of much of this before spotting this thread!

Husband had pain in elbow that spread to shoulders and neck. Isn't a whiner, so unusual for him.

Mine began with the ongoing fatigue coupled with inability to sleep soundly these past couple weeks. Then one day of a very sore neck that shifted to a stiff back. Now, joints that don't have a history of any stiffness or pain are giving me problems. Not severe, but uncomfortable.

Occasionally, have spells of mild queasiness and very slight chilling.

The fatigue is the worst, though. I feel like a zombie once I'm up for even a brief time!

Next to Tinker AFB here in OK and it's been bad like that here. I as well as almost everyone around here of all ages, am having slight sinus pressure/stuffiness, feel dizzy at times, have a dry cough that hasn't went away and I get very sleepy sometimes all of a sudden..It is strange and we have been getting pounded with chemtrails daily

Same here--stiff, sore joints, especially hip and ankle. Always tired. Can sleep 8 hours, get up at 8 am and still be ready for a nap at 11AM! This has been going on for over a year, and now, add this--three of the crowns in my mouth are disintegrating at the same time. I kid you not--all three are breaking apart and a fourth one is loose. I only have four (which is a lot, I know) but all are falling apart (or out) at the same time. Seems really crazy!

I am curious as to how you all are feeling. Reading the paper and because this is a conspiracy site... Pres Bush can't kick his illness, Clinton flu-like so dizzy she fell. Now Storming Norman dies of pneumonia. I know there was another top person that had an illness that they couldn't shake. I would love to know if these people also were experiencing stiff neck, joints etc.. does make one wonder.

My whole family seems to have this shit, n right when u think ur gettin over it the sinus or lung congestion comes right back...

This hit Utah just last week.

I take Magnesium, Vit C and D, and a small B complex supplement. So I am not sure what could be causing this.

It started with a "heavy feeling" in the head that was very hard to explain. Kind of like wearing a slightly too tight headband made of something kind of heavy.

Then the fatique kicked in, followed by sinus pressure and stuffy nose.

Friends and I all thought it was a cold, but nobody has a cough or much chest congestion at all.

Also, loss of appetite (although not extreme) and a jittery feeling that comes and goes.

Are your lungs itchy?

No, however friends have reported the breast areas itching.

Myself, random urges to itch my sides and back have suddenly come on the past 4-5 days. Hadn't thought of that as a symptom haha.

Edit: Urges to itch are more than "normal", at least that I can recall.

I only ask because I inhaled contaminants once and my lungs itched for over a year. If it's not a regular illness maybe it's environmental.

Yeah, I believe it's environmental also, more to do with the crazy low pressure systems that have rolled through causing dry skin, which of course causes itching. I believe this could be the cause of most of the other symptoms also.

People being sent home brought in by ambulance hospital couldn't take them all.

Agree that it is too common right now to be accidental, and is something being spread in our environment. I'm thinking only natural cures, vitamins, minerals, and detox from parasites and heavy metals are going to be of help here.

All above is good advice. Also most are lacking in both Vitamin D and Magnesium, and even Iodine --- read up what they can do.

I take 400 mg Sam-e each morning; seems to stop miscellaneous aches and pains.

The Master Tonic - A Natural Antibiotic

by Richard Schulze, University of Natural Healing Based on a tonic by John Christopher

Raw Unfiltered Unbleached Non-distilled Apple Cider Vinegar

1 part fresh chopped garlic cloves
1 part fresh chopped White Onion (or hottest onions)
1 part fresh grated Ginger Root
1 part fresh grated Horseradish Root
1 part fresh chopped Cayenne Peppers or the hottest peppers available, i.e. habanero, African Bird, or Scotch Bonnets, etc.

Fill a glass jar 3/4 of the way full w/equal parts by volume (i.e. a cupful each) of the above fresh chopped and grated herbs. Then fill jar to the top with raw, unfiltered, unbleached, non-distilled apple cider vinegar. Close and shake vigorously and then top off the vinegar if necessary.

Shake at least once a day for two weeks, then filter the mixture through a clean piece of cotton (old T-shirt, etc.), bottle and label. Make sure that when you make this tonic that you shake it every time you walk by it, a minimum of once per day. Remember that all the herbs and vegetables should be fresh (and organically grown if possible) and use dried herbs only in an emergency.

This tonic is extremely powerful because all the ingredients are fresh. It's power should not be underestimated. This formula is a modern day plague tonic and when added to an incurable routine it can cure the most chronic conditions and stubborn diseases. it stimulates maximum blood circulation, while putting the best detoxifying herbs into the blood. I've got the same symptoms and have heard of the changes our bodies will/are encountering at this time. No reason for me to be under the weather as I am.
Lately tired a lot not sleeping well (no reason same bed pillow etc) feel like crap stiff neck bit of a head cold, foggy mind. Don't give a shit attitude. Could just curl aup and die; really don't care one way or the other

Some blood types seem to be more sensitive to solar activity. Lots feeling this lately.

I have had about three days of joint pain / aches that started after I cleared a sinus infection with an antibiotic. I have no fever now (but did before this started). I had a similar symptoms many years ago as a teen for a long time, and the thought back then was that the symptoms were related to high intestine permeability (based on a test result) ultimately resulting in an immune response from leakage of macromolecules from gut into circulation. Not really sure about that- I just hope this passes soon. Interesting to see others with similar symtoms. My assumption is that this must be some kind of virus and immune response. I'll report back when it clears up.
