CHICAGO: 446 School Age Children Shot So Far This Year With Strongest Gun Laws In Country – Media Silent
The cesspool known as Chicago probably has the toughest gun laws in the country, yet despite all the shootings, murders, and bloodshed, you never hear a peep about this from the corrupt state run media. In Chicago, there have been 446 school age children shot in leftist utopia run by Rahm Emanuel and that produced Obama, Jesse Jackson, Louis Farrakhan, etc. 62 school aged children have actually been killed by crazed nuts in Chicago so far this year with almost two weeks to go. So why isn’t this news worthy? Is it because it would embarrass those anti second amendment nuts who brag about Chicago’s tough gun laws? Is it because most of the kids who were shot and killed were minorities? Or is it because the corrupt media doesn’t want to show Chicago in a bad light? Amazingly, no Obama crocodile tears either.

For those of you too dense to get the point of this post, it’s to make the point about gun laws. No matter how tough the gun laws are, the crazed, nut jobs will find a way to get them and if they so chose, use them. No draconian law can stop this, no matter how well intentioned the law is, or if it’s just about leftists grabbing power from citizens and taking away their constitutional rights.

Why would they want to acknowledge facts. That would confuse the sheep and lend credence to the argument they dont care to listen to. What is disturbing is that all these places like shitcago, nyc, dc, detroit and a few others have the most draconian laws but have the most crime. Who woulda thought huh.

I'm going to say something that's rarely if ever discussed, and might piss off some people:

Most of the kids and young adults involved in gun violence in Chicago are African American. Most have a strong connection, family and even cultural, to the south. Northern cities exploded in out of control gun related violence and crime from the late 60s onwards, exactly when the migration of many African Americans from the south really picked up steam and has long since peaked. They brought with them the cultural habit of settling scores with violence and the acceptable use of guns, more common in the south than the north. There was also and still is to a degree a culture clash. Traditional southern based African American culture is a so-called honor culture, where people can be easily offended and respond with aggressiveness and violence to defend their sense or honor and respect. Northern culture isn't.

What defines a firearms death? Strictly during the commission of a crime? Suicides? Accidents? What's the overall death rate not just gun related, but everything? What's the overall violent crime rate, suicide rate, accidental death rate, car accident rate, etc.? Any place where firearms are more common [especially states with a large rural area] will naturally have more firearm related deaths.

Maine in northern New England is the most rural state east of the Mississippi. Firearms are commonplace. It's not on the top of this list. It also has a low violent crime rate, lowest in the country along with Vermont and N.H.

446 shootings among children is outrageous. Chicago vies with L.A. for being the gang capital of America. But Chicago has more black gangs. Black gangs are often totally indiscriminate in who they shoot and who gets caught in crossfire, more-so than Spanish gangs. There's your answer.

The AC stats are skewed and based on a pop. of 100,000 people, where is the breakdown of murders, suicide, spousal shootings, and violence with guns in general. The liberals won't show that and the conservatives won't acknowledge it. Fact is most gun related crimes are commited by criminals and thugs who only know what they see in their culture. Fact law abiding citizens use their weapons millions of times a year to prevent crime against themselves and others. Fact again the liberal media and MSM in general won't discuss these items. Fact the US has killed more kids and innocents in other countries than all the gun deaths in the US combined for the past 100 years. Maybe our policies abroad and our leadership here in the US are the problem. Nah its the scary black guns fault. (sarc)

Violent Crime statistics resident on the FBI.gov website indicate a 49% reduction in violent crimes since 1991 on an overall basis. These are government statistics which fly directly in the face of the anti-gun agenda. During this period the population grew by almost 60 million and firearm ownership and conceled carry has increased massively. Of course the media will never address those facts and most people are too lazy to take the 30 seconsa required to get to the data.

To be clear, all this anti-gun rhetoric has nothing to do with crime or your safety. It is an agenda being pursued for other purposes and your well being is not one of their purposes. They need these events to sway public opinion in support of their agenda, which has nothing to do with the safety of our children or ourselves.
