wayne carver or wayne CARTER? wayne carter is lil wayne, the rapper from video linked to shooting! tisk tisk tisk! take everything he says (or is coached to say, with a grain of salt...it may be a distraction) both their names are a play on words. carver may be a good person who is being used as a puppet.... he made an appearance a little to late in my opinion. deaths need to be confirmed ASAP<-- fact!call it how you see it but death insurance reasons, school insurance, vehicle insuranc, single parent reasons to explain, social security reasons....just many many reasons why the: time, date and cause of deaths are needed to be tended to promptly!!! they drop the ball on this....
