They kill more people than guns People are dying y'all. Fast cars are killing people. I propose regulating cars to be banned if they go faster than 100 mph. Why? Because it's not CARS that are killing people, but speed. If we lower the speed of cars, less people will die because they will be limited in their speed. Besides, nobody needs a car that goes over 100 mph anyway. Why do they need them? They can watch professionals drive fast on tv or at events where there are proper safety precautions in place. Of course Military and law enforcement would get a pass. Don't ban all cars, just fast ones, because just by their speed they are more dangerous and must therefore be taken. Think of how many people would be saved from crazy drivers who speed. sounds silly right? Cars without gas are even less lethal than guns without bullets. The comparison is also to the idea of only banning certain guns even though they are a small percentage of what type of guns are used to commit crimes. My comparison is just as logical if you really think about it. And the car thing has been done before. They lowered the speed limits and placed safety belt enforcement because children were dying. Result? More children died. So needless to say it was not the solution. But you sure get tickets a lot more now...
