I am trying to convey that the pure mathematics of a 7 day week do not justify it. The answer can be found in an 8 day week. All of societies problems could be solved if everyone would adhere to such a policy, and updated our calendars.

The French Revolution attempted something similar, but on a metric type base 10 system. It did not catch on.

8 days a week will catch on!
