Hey guys ! I am a 19 year old guy . Today I had the strangest moment of my life . I experienced an OOBE . So this is how it happened:
I have messed up my sleep these days , so I could not sleep at night and finally was able to sleep in the morning at about half 10 am and kind of woke up at quarter to 7pm(i had no dreams during my sleep) . At that time i got a text from my friend and i texted her back in half sleep half awake mode, then I concentrated towards my room ,but wasn't able to see anything because it was dark and the only light in my room was coming from my laptop's charging led. Then I wanted to get up from bed but I was too lazy and said to my self just five minutes more . So after that as soon as i closed my eyes , I started to feel strong vibrations in my head and it started getting stronger (felt this for the first time ) .It felt as if my brain was functioning at full power .Then I opened my eyes and this time i could see white, blue and red blurry lines in a black background,but the vibrations in head started getting less intense , so i closed my eyes again and again i could feel high intensity vibrations. And this time my brain said to me (not in words nor in pictures,but somehow i knew) that i am gonna feel oobe.
SO I just let go. And after a few seconds the vibrations got too too intense and i felt something pulling me from back ( i was sleeping with my front part of body facing towards the bed)and it was a totally different feeling ( never felt before).My soul started coming out from my body and soon i was in a posture that people have while sky diving and i could see my hands coming out of my body ( it was totally dark but i don't know how could i see ).This experience cannot be explained in words. But suddenly a thought came into my mind that what if someone was taking my soul and i was scared to death and the very next moment i was pushed back into my body ( i perfectly remember the way i went back and cannot explain ).

I am perfectly sure this was not a dream as i was awake. I am an atheist and don't believe in ideas of God , soul etc.. and my mind is not ready to believe it but how can i not believe it as it was real than the reality . A few weeks ago i had read some articles about oobe and thought it was all bullshit but this single incident has changed every perception .
What are you views guys ? (huh.. i am still terrified)
