according to the british there isn't one of us, not one of us, who was born with a brain. we are all stupid, we are all fat, and we sure as hell are all ugly and sleep with close realtives....ignore them, they are no longer worth our notice.

I understand he called everyone stupid which is naturally an odious crime.

Did he criticize the second amendment, or did he actually 'attack' it ?

I suspect he was just exercising his right to free speech, which means deporting him for this would be violating his right to free speech and probably some other amendment, the fourth I think ?

But there’s a much larger problem. Which is that we really don’t want Piers Morgan back if you do throw him out.

In response to the petition, Jeremy Clarkson, the British Top Gear presenter, added on Twitter: ‘Americans. It took us 40 years to get rid of Piers Morgan. Pleease don’t send him back.’

One reason being that when editor of the Daily Mirror Morgan published some clearly fake photos of British troops abusing Iraqis. That cost him his job and a great deal of whatever goodwill he might have had.

He is a menace. With enough support they may not have grounds to "deport him" but can develop some problems with his visa

Plenty of discussion at front of thread about
the difference between attack of the Constitution,
which constitutes sedition,
and exercise of free speech, if you'll read first
five-six pages.

Hope you'll have a look at the petition and sign if
you think it's the right thing to do.

No one can play any card on this one, and, once the issue
is forced, (protection by The People, of the Constitution,
particularly the 2nd amendment) the harangue by the media
to adapt to 'gun control' may be backed off.

It is interesting to note that this petition has been
left alone by feds, as Barack Obama has been in Hawaii
very likely unaware of it's existence.

He is flying back in on Wed. evening, and will likely
be presented with the information, as he has to respond
since +25,000 sigs have been collected before January
20, 2013, the deadline.

It will be interesting to see what shills are mobilized
to try to sink this petition and the removal of Piers
Morgan.
