Anyway, you think Adams mom had him out doing squat thrusts each day and carrying water? Fuck no. BZZZT! try again. i think Adam's mom was the driving force behind the whole operation (for what reason, we don't know), but she got cold feet and the last minute, and Adam got pissed, and it was too late for Nancy: she had indoctrinated Adam so thoroughly to the primacy of the mission that Adam kill her so she couldn't interfere (she had also made him into cold-blooded nerves of steel).
