Has he, as reported, been scheduled to testify on the LIBOR scandal? Seems reasonable to ask if he is beneficiary on life insurance policies on Nancy and Adam. He won't be paying $289,000 in alimony beginning 2013, or child support for Adam.

Most schools request a share of federal funding and usually receive less than 10% of expenses in fed funding. This is enough to bring them under Federal jurisdiction.

Having done projects for schools, all the electronic door locks unlock once the power goes out. Yes, it sounds completely stupid and idiotic, but that's the requirement. In fact, there has been a lot of robberies on school properties because of this since the crackheads figured out they can go to the main switchgear (There is usually ZERO cameras or security, except for a simple key lock on the gate) and they just switch off the power, then they're all home free to rob all that they wish. The only thing that MAY still be powered is the fire alarm, but 99% of the time, the douche bags don't check the battery every year like they're supposed to, so that fails too.

Trust me people, public schools are complete death traps for your kids. Not just from school shooters, but fire, disasters, building collapse, whatever. Keep them far away. The corruption on school properties started long before even construction began, even the construction is shoddy as shit. School employees have absolutely no idea what to do in any situation, most of them are completely incompetent who hire more incompetent people. They only keep an illusion of safety, while maintaining the prison complex for your children.

About the LIBOR testimony... My friend linked me to an examiner article regarding this. Not even 24hrs later, that was taken down. Wish I had saved it or even had a chance to read the entire thing. Anyone have a copy/ new link to this?

I don't know about Connecticut, but there is a legal aspect to "Lone Gunman".

If it has been determined that more than (1) person is involved, then "Conspiracy" charges are undertaken and they require a higher level of investigation (more people are involved).

With a "Lone Gunman" scenario, the investigation may be "contained" at a lower level, and fewer people are involved.

It is easier to compartmentalize the investigation under the "Lone Gunman" scenario.
