So, like many of you, i've cut nearly all processed foods, sugars, and anything that's harmful out of my diet, but sometimes I hit walls when trying to find something to eat. So out of curiosity, I thought it'd be a good idea if we all composed a list of healthy alternative foods that we use/eat.

Thing's I use/eat on a daily basis
- Buckwheat Flour
- Coconut Flour
- Eggs, Free Range
- Coconut Milk
- Whey Protein
-Tree Nuts
- Fruits, try to limit myself to no more than 2 a day
- Berkley water filter - Fluoride filters
- Spinach
- Mushrooms
- Coconut Oil

I love making banana bread w/ walnuts (sometimes making it in the microwave when wanting to make quick work of it), spinach and mushroom omelets. Pretty much everyday lol, hence making this thread.

Now this isn't everything i eat, but they are go-to foods, I'm looking to expand and add more quick meals with the help of you guys, and perhaps we can compile, a safe and healthy list of basic foods with some recipes.

You sound like you eat similar to me, though I do not eat Buckwheat or much fruit because I lower carb. Don't forget apple cider vinegar!
