• Lots of quinoa (awesome stuff, research It)
• Brown basmati rice
• Free range eggs
• Salmon (once or twice a month)
• Buckwheat (from time to time)
• Almonds
• Hemp seeds
• Aiming to experiment with chia, bee polen
• Raisins
• Spices (nutmeg, turmeric, cinnamon)
• Potatoes
• Broccoli, cauliflower
• Asparagus
• Mushrooms
• Carrots
• Celery (in juices)
• Limes (squeeze one with water in the morning)
• Rosemary (buying fresh and making tea, add a chunky dice of ginger and a pinch of good loose green tea to get an ultimate health elixir :D)
• Honey (Rosemary tea with honey - another ultimate elixir)
• Some Green & Black Organic 85% Cocoa Dark chocolate snacking activity occurs sometimes as well
