No way. Being psychic is sort of like what one person said is using all your gut information based on some background information, you already possess. Sometimes you might get some extra details supplied by invisible informants such as Aliens or Ghosts. But I don't get the feel that this happened the way the psychic described, nor do I think there's any conspiracy under way. First of all, you have to realize that like any industry, the gun people have to have a small elite where everybody knows each other both close up and personally. So if there were any dark operations in play by anybody associated, with even patents, one of them would know immediately, and probably tell the FBI. Anyway, none of them would be interested in shutting down arms. It's too profitable. Second of all, anybody who had to go in there and see those cute little kids treated worse than animals would likely be in a sort of shock. Any normal person would. They would likely behave shell shocked and disassociate themselves from reality so that they might appear to be actors from the outside. But the reality is, this is how most people would behave if confronted with such horror.
