I'm not talking about being big, bad, physically strong or mean. I am talking about taking responsibility for your life and refusing to give up and live in fear.

Listen to me very carefully. Your life will NEVER get better. Even more importantly, every life you live AFTER this one will be the same until you finally come to the understanding that nobody can stop your suffering but you.

And how do you do that? By eating right, refusing to live in hate, anger and fear. By refusing to blame ANYONE else for your suffering.
