SS ought to use their heads in this business of "cuts".

For people who are paying taxes on substantial investment income, they should have their SS cut by a substantial margin. There are MANY wealthy people (including quite a few congressmen and senators who collect SS benefits on top of their substantial salaries. that's absurd. If they don't need it, take it away from them and give it to those who do not have the huge private investment money , etc.
